The room was very spacious, clean bathroom modern. I had a baby cot upon request with a cute duvet and pillow. The cleaners would clean the room and replace water for you. I particularly loved the hotel staff. They took care of our 9 month old, we even took pictures together. They were constantly looking after her and playing with her and gave us the best experience. I came here to get LASIK done at a nearby clinic, and I very much had a restful experience. Shout out to Aygul for loving my baby so much, we miss you already

The Staff, was very kind and helpfull, they helped me to assist ( i lost my passport and had to made a application for a Laissez Passer) I am really gratefull Also with the public transport its very easy to go from here to the city center (Taksim) with the Bus to Levent and than metro to Taksim. Wonderfull staff, i know the ones that assisted me (Aygül, Mahmut & Yusuf) When i come back to Istanbul i will book again at Radisson Asia Kavacik. Also the room was clean and big and very modern. I had a few issues with the room however the hotel team was very attentive and quickly provided solutions. Especially Dogukan Bey was very helpful to get these sorted out. In the morning, the reception was already giving me report on when and how things were going to be sorted and when I came back, all was fixed. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is very well located, if you have things to do in both European and Asian sides of Istanbul, this is a very good choice. The room is very spacious compared to other Park Inns. They also have a parking lot under the building, which is very important if you have a car as it is hard to find a parking space in the neighborhood.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. The hotel has everything that you need. Especially restaurant at the hotel is a savor when you need to grab something quick.

Value for Money for short trip. It’s in Asia side so traveling to Europe side would be a hassled so choose wisely if you are on holiday. We were on work trip so it was convenient for us.

Good location. Spacious room. Ok breakfast. Super friendly staff. Clean. Nice rooms. Valet. Excellent shower with strong hot pressure.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Room service was fast and delicious. Location is great if you need to go to the European side. The room is spacious and gets a lot of light. The water pressure is great. The fitness room is small, but since I was alone all the times I went there it was like having a gym of my own.

The room presented during the booking did not match the one provided upon arrival. Instead of the spacious room I had reserved, they assigned us a smaller one. The noise is very high from outside. The hotel staff are friendly. Very near to the University's.
